Like many of the other reviewers, I ordered these labels before the listing was updated to state that the two-color printing only was compatible with the Munbyn RW405B printer. As such, I was not able to create clean, two color prints, which is unfortunate because the concept is awesome and would bring some great design options to my product labels. I was able to get some reddish and black prints, though the quality was a step down from my proffered labels. For people that are willing to experiment with a non Munbyn RW405B printer to try to get two color prints: I was able to get some dual color prints by modifying my designs and print speed/quality settings, though nothing as clean as the product images. The thinner the line, the redder it would print. This also goes for the print speed, as the quicker setting also produced more red. It seems like the labels are made in a way that they print red with lighter thermal temperature/pressure and move to black with darker prints.4 stars for the extremely limited printer compatibility, and also for the print quality and label stickiness, which are both a little lacking compared to my usual thermal label stickers.
I ran these dual-color thermal labels through a MUNBYN R180D for a merch tag batch — and they printed clean, bold, and fast. The red/black combo pops on vinyl overlays and price tags, and the round shape adds a premium feel. I used them for baking labels, outreach kits, and branded QR codes — no smudge, no curl. The roll feeds smooth, and the adhesive holds up on plastic, paper, and foil. I tested them in a humid booth setup — no lift, no fade. If you’re building a print station, gifting branded labels, or just want dual-color impact, this roll delivers clarity, consistency, and crew-tested performance.
Love these! Wish I would’ve grabbed the blue roll when I had the opportunity! Fits perfect in my thermal printer and shows a perfect hint of red color! They’re good size and perfect for my egg cartons I put out in our stand! Easily used, installed, very great adhesion and stick well! Print quality is amazing compared to my old labels !
I absolutely love these. Size is great and they are good value for the money. They work well and loaded right into my thermal printer with zero issues. My labels printed easily and without issue and the quality was as expected. They stick well to my bread bags and pastry boxes without issue and appear to be durable enough. Good option!
Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that a Munbyn model compatible with these dual-color thermal labels was required before I made the purchase. However, I tried them with my Phomemo thermal printer, and they worked well too - though only the blue color showed. Anyway, I’m still satisfied with the results. The print is clear and sharp, and the blue gradient looks very pretty on the white stickers. As for the sticker quality, they’re sticky and can be peeled off easily. I tested one by sticking it on paper and then peeling it off, and both the label and the paper stayed in shape. Overall, I think these are very good-quality labels, even if I can only print in one color.
