This item was provided to me free of charge through Amazon's wonderful vine program, it gives me the opportunity to test and evaluate products I wouldn't normally look at, in return I leave an unbiased product review as to whether I like a product or not. what makes a product good, or in some cases what makes a product bad, these are my opinions and my opinions alone, they are in no way swayed by Amazon or the manufactures of the product.I have had a couple of thermal printers in the past, even another buy this company and I do like them.The compatibility of this is, really nice, all your major postage labels are covered by this, printer.Connectivity was a doddle and I was up and running in no time.The print speed is adjustable and down to your own preferences, I personally have it running about half it's regulated printing speed and it prints out perfect labels, I always check with my scanner that the label is readable and so far I have had zero failures, which is a positive, less waste, means less cost.It is also quite a nice looking printer, it blends into my desk rather nicely.All in all, this is a very nice thermal printer, if you are in the market for one you really won't go far wrong with this.It is simple to setup, it does all the major labels and most importantly, the finished prints are spot on.Highly recommended

Very happy with this thermal printer as I no Munbyn doesn’t disappoint with there products, however with this model I found it more difficult to connect via Bluetooth and the picture quality didn’t come out the best but still looked okay to use.Nice size machine as it’s not to big and bulkyFast speed levelsComes with instructionsWould recommend

Oh wow, I have to say I am blown away by this thermal printer, it is absolutely exceptional. I had already heard of Munbyn so I was expecting good things, but this surpassed those expectations completely.Everything arrived neatly packaged and the printer itself is small, compact and lightweight which makes it easy to store when not in use. The instructions were clear and straightforward, I only spent a few minutes reading through before I was confident to set it up. Assembly was quick, and I liked that they included 30 fanfold labels to get started straight away.Connecting it up was so simple. It works with both Bluetooth and the supplied USB-C cable, and you can also download the Munbyn Printer app which adds another level of convenience. I sell secondhand clothes online and this printer has already made such a difference to my daily routine. Most of the labels I print are 4 x 6 inch which is the maximum size, but it handles other sizes easily too by adjusting the levers inside. This flexibility means I no longer waste whole A4 sheets just to print a single label.Printing is seamless. Occasionally I crop a label before sending it to print but the process is smooth, with no jams or misfeeds. The print quality is exactly what I need from a thermal printer, clear and tidy with barcodes that scan perfectly. The serrated edge makes tearing the labels effortless, and the adhesive on the labels is excellent, sticking firmly without peeling away.One of the things I appreciate is that the printer feels robust and reliable, with the added feature of a replaceable print head if needed in the future. I honestly cannot see myself needing to change it any time soon but it is reassuring to know it is an option. It is not rechargeable or wireless in terms of power, it needs to be plugged into the mains with the provided adapter, but that has not been an issue for me.Yes, it is on the pricier side, but if you print labels regularly as I do, it more than pays for itself in saved time and effort. The fact it is ink-free means there are no hidden ongoing costs either, which makes it much better value in the long run.Overall, this printer has transformed how I handle shipping labels. It is reliable, fast, compact and easy to use. For anyone running a small business or simply printing a lot of parcels at home, I cannot recommend it enough.
